Organize customers with tags and easily track sales, visit history, and work schedules. Suitable for individual salon owners as well as businesses managing multiple locations.
Main Features of Customer Notes
Multi-Location Management Register multiple locations and manage customers, sales, and attendance separately for each location. Supports everything from solo operations to multi-branch salon businesses.
Calendar View Check monthly sales at a glance. Display items can be switched between amount and customer name. Long-press a date to change its background color. Tap a customer name in the work list to open customer details.
Customer List Easily manage customers with tags. Displayed in name (phonetic) order. You can freely add custom fields from “Edit Items.”
Birthday List View customers’ birthdays in a list. Helpful for maintaining good customer relationships.
Course List Register courses in advance to automatically fill in price and duration when recording a job.
Option List Register options in advance. Use plus and minus buttons to select multiple quantities of the same option.
Job Entry Select multiple customers, courses, and options. End time and total amount are automatically calculated based on your selections.
Attendance Management Register working days and days off to manage attendance. Useful for shift management and reviewing work patterns.
Sales Analysis Analyze sales by date, customer, course, option, and visit type. Aggregation periods can be set by year, month, or day.
Passcode Lock Protect important customer information securely.
Theme Color Customization Change the app’s theme color to your preference.
Backup Feature Create backups and safely transfer data when changing devices.
CSV Export Export customer and job information in CSV format. Can be executed from the button at the top left of each list screen.
