Copra is the worst online shopping app, especially with refunds. I am very disappointed... I ordered some goods, then some were not delivered and the said they were refunded, later on after following up, they said I should place another order, which I did, on delivering the goods they said that I should pay again, so they went back with the goods and said that I should call Copra again and explain the situation. Na Wakanda, a very rude delivery team... I really regret knowing and trusting Copra

I bought a panga worth ksh480 paid before delivery never to be delivered. I requested my money back never to be returned. Tried to reach the customer care they ignore you on the line until the airtime is depleted absolutely you are thief's.
