The app needs tons of work - Whoever chose that notification sound must be fired. Super annoying. - So many pointless instructions that we have to mark each one of them as "read" - You should allow the customers to review and approve/reject replacements as I am shopping. Not at the end and make me wait and then go back again to return items or pick different ones. So much time-wasting. - We should be able to take pictures and send to customers. - Please change the notification sound or give us the option to change it - The fact that I cannot disconnect until I finish the cross-reference tasks (Subtotal & TC) is very annoying, specially if I have an emergency and need to disconnect now. It should be there when you start, and then you can say "you cannot start receiving orders until you finish the tasks" - That's what I can think of for now

Corner shop is wonderful. I love using the bags Terry provide, and they pay very fairly. The app needs a little work though. Having to go through 3 steps in order to chat with the customer is times consuming. Also, would be very helpful to be able to share pictures with customers. I would love to be able to get more shops during the day. Seems like they only have orders first thing in the morning and then late in the day. Who wants to deliver groceries in the dark! Not me.😺

It's stressful waiting for orders not knowing where the orders are, never being sure the times of day that more orders occur. All we get are notifications about pending orders, but when you sign on you get nothing. Also, during almost every single order, there is some annoying issue, that causes you to take longer to complete orders. Ex: unresponsive customers. Out of stock items, so often the customer ends up canceling a whole order. You get$6, but lost $18+tip because of this.

Ton of Non tip Customers. Better show the tip up front and Map. I won't come back to this app. They know they place the order through Instacart, no shopper won't pick up their order, so they turn to Corner shop. Your worker will get mad if they know they work hard but get 0 tip.
