This place is so awesome!! It was so easy to look through and find events in this app. I love the menu... Korean Cheese Corn Nachos are delicious abd such a surprise - I've never seen these anywhere, and they are my new favorite. The menu was so easy to navigate in this app and everything looks so yummy. Let's all go to Cosm!!!

Bad customer experience. I was told that I cannot order food through app. There was no QR code to scan for ordering food.

App is glitchy, booked tickets and tickets showed up in tickets section and credit card was charged, but transaction never went through and could not rebook tickets. Support just said this was a glitch in their system.

Trying to access my tickets and every time I click on my tickets it throws me out, and I have to verify my email or number again!
