Internet is fast, but it works in city center outside of city internet is slow. Needs lots of improvement

It's not an app (just a Web View of the website) On top of if the service is very poor. They don't reply on emails and on helpline no one helps on English

The decided to block my sim with no reason. It is a contract and the continued dedication from my bank account. So I don't have a working sim card, and I pay by force and guess what ? They don't have a customer service phone number. I believe it is a new way of scam

It's the worst service provider you ever get. No English-speaking staff neither any transparency in deducting money, they claim it's 6/8/12euro Pm plans, which is just for the name shake, I have literally paid €90 / €80 and €55 pm, I didn't have any clue about those tariff. Always very unprofessional from last 1.5years if you ask questions or hold payment they cancel your sim contract without any clarification. I'm just waiting my 2 years contract to be ended this year. I won't recommend anyone.
