Description
Dhanwantri Mobile App facilitates the ESI Healthcare providers to document clinical information/Health Records of bonafide ESI Beneficiaries. The App can also be used as a replacement of the Dhanwantri web app in certain situations such as: Health Check Up Camps, in case of temporary operational issues in the Hospitals or Dispensaries, by the IMP Clinics, etc. Medications & Investigations can be prescribed and Diagnosis can be recorded by the Doctors of ESIC, ESIS, mEUDs and IMP Clinics. It also enables the ESI empaneled Chemists and Diagnostic Centres to dispense medicines, submit invoices, record and publish the Lab reports as prescribed by the Doctors. Key Features: Medical Practitioner: ● It helps the Medical professionals to register eligible and bonafide beneficiaries of the ESIC using a simplified user interface. ● It allows capturing of basic essential clinical information of health events (Complaints, Diagnosis etc.) in standard formats and codes. ● It Allows the clinician to prescribe Medications, Diagnostic Tests and Leave to the beneficiaries.
● It enables capturing and uploading images of prescriptions, etc. Empaneled Chemist: ● Facilitates viewing of the list of Medicines advised by the Medical Practitioner to the patient/beneficiaries. ● Allows capturing the cost of listed/ unlisted drugs dispensed along with the invoice number and date. ● Allows capturing and uploading images of the invoice of the dispensed drugs and Clinicians’ prescription. Empaneled Diagnostic Center: ● Allows viewing the list of beneficiaries referred for listed/unlisted Diagnostic tests by the Medical Practitioner. ● Allows capturing the cost of prescribed listed / unlisted investigations, along with date and invoicing number. ● Allows capturing and uploading images of the invoice of the performed diagnostic procedure and Clinicians’ prescription. Others: ● Provides seamless Integration with ‘Panchdeep/Dhanwantri’ database of ESIC. ● Secure and Scalable: It supports OTP based authentication for access to services.
Recent changes: Dhanwantri Mobile app has been revamped with a new login for nursing officers has also been added. The app now enables the hospital staff with some In-patient management features like In-Patient prescriptions entry, Bed side vitals entry, Patient discharge intimation worklist (for nurses) and online discharge. These features are in addition to the already available features of outpatient management by ESI doctors, IMPs etc.

I am a doctor in ESI dispensary and using Dhanwantri application since 2011 daily on my computer without any problem. Recently I came across this android app and installed. When I tried to log in, it is showing invalid credentials. At the same time I am able login with same credentials on the esic.in website. I want to know for whom the application intended and how to login. Developers please respond.
