Eagle stop is one of the better rewards apps out there. I frequently go to several eagle stops and look for them whenever I'm traveling around the state to make it a point to stop.

So it says I'm a diamond, and I'm supposed to get 2 free fountain drinks per month. Tried to do that today, and it still tried to charge me. I had no money to buy the drinks. And the cashier was not nice. I probably won't go there anymore.

My app said I had 1 fountain drink available. I double-checked with the clerk on the size to get. When I entered my phone number (which IS attached to my account) and it didn't work! The clerk just kept shrugging off every question I had. Obviously no one is being trained on how to help customers with the app.

Had problems with the new apps not working or being able to redeem points. The card doesn't work now. The app won't let Me redeem any of My points. Contacted Eagle Stop several times and no response ever. So I'm done with Them.
