I have bad experience with this app ,,,I fun my wallet with more than 3k plus, and they ask me to link my nin or bvn Wish I choose nin, and they keep deducting 120plus each time and the app is still requesting me to link my bvn whyyyyyyyy

Please, I can't make airtime recharges, the networks don't load on the app. What do I do? Also, I noticed some increase in prices, we should be notified if any plan's price is increased please.

Best data app by miles but u guys need to improve on saving login details and saving of most recent numbers used while buying data because it is boring to enter email and password every time u login if possible it should be thumbprint login yet still be entering a same number every time u want to top-up data and lastly ATM card details should be saved for easy frequent funding of wallet

This is the worst data App I have ever seen in my life... They don't even deserve any star at all... Poor customer service, when you load wallet, money will be charged from your account and will not be added to your wallet balance, this has happened to me several times and if you message their so-called stupid customer service, they won't reply you till eternity... What a waste of time, money and energy App... Please, don't download it and run for your life .

Easy access na scam! I downloaded app funded #1,500 I couldn't do anything on the platform because of the kyc, when I chat with the WhatsApp customer service I was asked to find my wallet again. I've fund my wallet with the total sum of #2700, and I have the modify messages on my mail. I couldn't even complete the kyc because none of the money appears on my wallet. Now no reply to my WhatsApp messages.
