This app keeps logging me out and not recognizes my pin, when I press I forgot my pin, the app says something has gone wrong. Can't contact them or do anything. Last time it took 3 months to get back into it. I don't like this app at all

I've done 7x uninstalls and reinstalls on my samsung phone n tablet. I used my ndis number and 5-digit code that all plan mgt sent me, setup acct w. email n p/w using capitals, numbers and symbols and still no go. Rang all plan mgt n spoke to tech person abt the app n login probs, I was told not to use a full stop '.' as it has caused other clients probs. So wat the heck do I do entiprius

This app is not useful as a way to convey up to date, accurate or full accounting for ndis funding or participants. I would not recommend its use by anyone relative to the NDIS. Any plan manager saying otherwise is ignoring participant feedback. That this app is being forced into use and used as a means to justify poor communication or worse by Plan Managers or anyone is wrong, a travesty of what the NDIS stands for. That it is justified as an expense for Plan Managers is also wrong.
