My experience from beginning to end from putting in my order for a vehicle to the final signing and the keys exchanging of hands was smooth and pleasant. Fair is a great app in the Google Play Store I highly recommend to anyone in the market for a good used car to drive. The app lets you shop for high quality name brand used cars online based on payments you can afford, you sign for the car online, no pressure situation or sales people involved and no log term debt or commitment. Following that, you schedule to pick up your vehicle from the dealership and drive it for as long as you want. Even return the car after a few short days if you are not completely satisfied with the purchase. No penalty or questions asked to return a vehicle. The deal is a win win opportunity in my opinion.

I disputed 2 deposits that were never returned to me for 2 vehicles rented through Fair. After one year of not hearing from them, I start to recieve harassment (4+ calls a day) collection calls over that last week's payment of the last rental. I was so upset. Long story short, once they realized their mistake I did not get a phone call back as promised and I called them a month later demanding my money. It was paid in form of a gift card!! Are you kidding me! Still waiting on that 2nd deposit.

Fair has good support when it comes to leasing the car but should you need their help to resolve any issue after that you are in for a frustrating ride. I recently went to the DMV and found out that fair has not processed any of my car registration papers (over 75 days after I leased the car). Even worse, no one at fair knew about this until I brought it up. All I keep getting from them is that you have to wait for 90 days to get the permanent registration. However, those 90 days are up in a 6 days & they refuse to answer or even acknowledge my questions on what they will do should my registration not arrive on time. ( I've talked to support at least 4 times now). I understand that mistakes happen from everyone but what I find most disappointing is their lack of transparency in the process and inability to fully answer or even acknowledge my questions despite asking 4-5 times. Save yourself a lot of headache and money and lease your car from absolutely anywhere else but fair.
