Not getting login into the account after getting registered, error occurs inactive/blocked, please email to Admin, I even emailed them but still no success, please look into the issue

I assume the technical department have no idea about how to write database queries and how to create a good app, for example it's written in application in threatening way that if you submit multiple entries you will be blocked from the application, I have no idea from where they have hired the programmers to write this application there is simple query you can use to check if request for current week already exists deny entry and show alert to user, instead of that they make an entry in the database and even generate the request number, as for the multiple entry for water tanker once you have tapped submit it should show at-least a spinner or something that request is being processed instead of keeping it blanked and user who might not so technical ended up with multiple entries resulting in various entries in their database which will result in their so-called "sophisticated technology" system will block a user, give us a break, now last but not least teach some manners to tanker inquiry staff if they do pick up the call after multiple tries, this clearly looks like FGEHA is working on supporting the tanker mafia, we don't need the subsidy use that same bloody budget to add more tankers and increase the fleet to provide water to residents rather than supplying water for one hour just for one day and showing it like a man o salwa provided to us

When you request tanker, the app most of the time doesn't respond and no notification is shown whether request submitted or not
