At first, I was frustrated that I could not access my account info to pay my installment. I called customer service and Christine found that my permission access was not correct, and she quickly created a ticket and the issue was resolved in 24 hrs.

This along with the first net website are frustrating and pointless, especially when trying to pay my bill. Really disappointing as AT&T is great cell service, but I'm so over the crappy app/ website. Paying my stuff off and moving on.

It is useless. You can't look at your account on the app. It sends you to the website. Can't see your bill, can't talk to customer service on it.
