★★★★★ Has O2 deprivation and CO2 tolerance tables that you can adjust based on your max breathe hold time. This app is very easy to use and helped me with increasing my breath hold for my underwater.

★★★★★ Wow! I started off being only able to hold my breath for 27 seconds. And after 2 of the O2 deprivation sessions I can now hold my breath for over 1:03!

★★★★★ I've been using this app for a few weeks now and only recently on a more regular basis. I went from 1 min max to now 2 minutes! It definitely does work if you get the proper breathing technique down!

★★☆☆☆ Nowhere are ads mentioned when you examine this application prior to installation yet there they are, ads at the bottom of the screen. Deceit is unappreciated.
