Inpost have been amazing. I get emails saying when my parcel has been delivered with a code & QR code, so I can easily retrieve my parcels from the lockers. They have delivered items very quickly even items that had 25th Dec as the last day they might be delivered were delivered before or on 22nd Dec. Very reliable. L pass the info onto my husband, and he picks them up for me. The best postal service as you pick up from your chosen location 24/7

Yodel/Inpost are now being sued as twice they have failed to deliver an item to me. The first time they lied about even attempting to deliver it and just sent it back. The second time I had an email to say it had been delivered to an inpost locker just to arrive and find it empty. They followed with lies like it was full, we'll try again the next working day, and now they can't find it and completely refuse to help. I have emailed the people in charge of the company.

No map to track where your driver is at all which makes it harder to make sure you catch them before they decide to lie about you not being home and drive off. I use the yodel app map to be able to figure out where exactly the driver is in my town, so I can go to them and ask for my parcel as 95% of the time they lie about you not being home even though I was and my camera footage can prove they didn't bother trying. Inpost not having the map is just making it easier for the drivers to lie

I was trying post a parcel for customer on vinted delivery driver pushed in front of screen, and I said I was using that carried on talking constantly on earpiece in other language than English I had a therapy dog with me off support worker I had stood away I took photo of driver and van reported it to Inpost no OUTCOME I TOOK OFF VINTED PAGE I DON'T WANT POST OR COLLECT WITH INPOST VERY DISGUSTING!!!!!!

It says download the app to see proof of delivery, but there's nothing like this in the app for the tracking number.
