The screen for the lockers was broken but this handy app let me collect my parcel by opening the locker remotely. No need to call customer service or take a return trip to the lockers. 10/10 very helpful

Inpost have been amazing. I get emails saying when my parcel has been delivered with a code & QR code, so I can easily retrieve my parcels from the lockers. They have delivered items very quickly even items that had 25th Dec as the last day they might be delivered were delivered before or on 22nd Dec. Very reliable. L pass the info onto my husband, and he picks them up for me. The best postal service as you pick up from your chosen location 24/7

Terrible service. My parcels off Vinted repeatedly keeps being delivered to the Inpost point, 18 times now, and because the Inpost station has been faulty for a while keeps being sent back, and I never receive them. I have rung them to confirm this. I have said please can you resend them to a working station, so I can pick them up, but they apparently can't do this. However, on their app its saying the station is working. I have tried emailing and ringing but never gets resolved.

App is fine, service is not as I've expected. Code and scan showing error messages on the locker screen. When I asked the shop, they scanned the code then they said we will check it out after I show a physical ID!!! Nothing in the collection instruction say that I have to bring an ID with to collect my parcel...
