Call the leave it alone was buying a motorcycle gave them my information she said come to the bank at 1:00 I was talking to her at 9:00 a.m. when I went to the bank she handed me a check for $7,900 what I was looking to borrow unbelievable then she said sign this and gave me a credit card with an exorbitant credit limit I just couldn't believe it a plus plus plus and the young lady that was working with me was so easy to work with all I basically did was sign some papers and out the door I went

This app is so much better than what it used to be. Most of the issues I see from reviews even from just a few months ago have been fixed. You can perform so many functions: appointment setting to see an advisor, transfers, bill pay, even transferring money for free to an external bank up to a certain amount. You can do a cash advance & credit card stuff too. So much is available, and I don't know if I even know everything that it can do, and I can do almost everything I need in the app.

I spent 15 minutes trying to deposit a check. This app use to work and lately it's been unusable. Every time I click the camera icon to take the picture of the check I get one of three results:. 1) shrinks the app (like I'm changing app 2) crashes app 3) no response. Please return deposits to what it uses to be.

Update: Do you plan to fix the deposit for Android one day? If I could, I gave -5 stars... deposit is always worst on Android, and now with Pixel 5 does not work... Frustrating, and there is no excuse for such bad experience on Android with deposit.

I need this app specifically to deposit checks. Every time I do it, it's like threading a tiny needle - - “move closer", I do, “use a dark, non-reflective background", I do. Then I try focusing and capturing it manually. The images are in focus, but for a business check that's wider than a personal check size, it normalizes the aspect ratio, then the image gets rejected by inspection at the bank. I'm using a new $1400 Galaxy S25 Ultra with a clean lens. Ally Bank works 1st time, every time
