Excellent app and concept. As both a physician, patient, and caregiver, this is an area of healthcare that had been lacking a solution - until now. The ability to give patients and caregivers true understanding and recount of their care visits empowers people to have a better grasp of their care needs to lead a healthier life, which also benefits healthcare workers as well. I recommend everyone to have and utilize this platform for all of their healthcare needs.

This app is a lifesaver! I began using it for myself but then my mother-in-law became ill, and we had Dr appointments with 3 different specialists. Trying to keep all the information covered in each appointment would have been overwhelming. Instead, I recorded each appointment and got a complete and comprehensive summary from each visit that could be shared. I am a HUGE fan of this app! You can even add your pets! It's an invaluable asset when dealing with Dr. appointments.

Worked well for a couple of months, then when I wanted to review an appointment which took place the day before. I started the app and when it opened all my info was gone, and it didn't have any past appointments, and I had to start over, like I had never used the app. To say I'm not happy with the app would be an understatement.

Lost my information. Appointment and recording worked in doctor's office. Showed summary of visit. Opened the app a couple of days later and everything was gone. Even had to re-register. Uninstalled.

Sounded very useful, but the very first thing it does is ask for my phone number. Why? There's no reason for this. Uninstalled.
