I have had this bed and app download since 2023. The ONLY issue I can take with this app is the "Sleep Report" is not as accurate as my watch's sleep app, the rest of it is awesome. I have been able to set the firmness for both sides, separately. Mine with app and husband uses remote (because he would never trust ANY App that has permissions) and I knew that, so I spent extra for the remote. I have set up/played with ALL settings and functions with ease. Low the relaxation mode!

I find that this app works well with my new King Koil Smart Life mattress. All the controls work well and every time I make a change, I feel the mattress adjust. I am pleased with the mattress and the app.

The app worked fine for a while but now doesn't connect to Wi-Fi at all!! Makes the bed useless! Uninstalled and installed in vain! Never buy a mattress that depends on an application to function! Very expensive mistake.

Can't use the app without granting a bunch of unnecessary permissions. Why do you need access to my contacts and photos exactly?
