I've been ordering from Kroger delivery now for about 2 months. Every experience has been very positive. They give you options if they don't have what you ordered. And it's always been on time! The only suggestion that I would make is when they don't have something if you don't want the substitution that they offer that they allow you to shop again on that order, so it doesn't create another delivery fee. Though I do know now you can join their club and get free delivery.

Tried Shopping Delivery. Got one order where wasn't happy. It wants you to substitute if Kroger says it's not in stock? Second try ! Spent all day trying to order canned dog food. Sat on the phone with Corporate 2 times! That took up 20 minutes. I got 2 ID #. Long hold times and Agents were useless. By time, I got squared away my delivery order was removed! I was given a time frame to complete delivery and all that was left was dish liquid and dog food?

This application needs a lot of work if it is still being maintained at all. I signed up, and then it intrusively asked me to share my data with Instacart without any explanation. I assume Kroger is white labeling Instacart. I agreed to that. I got a very nice user interface full of food, but I decided to add my address using the location button first to make sure they delivered because I'm a smart man and the whole app crashed. Restarting did not help. App is dead.
