There is no way register in the app incomplete or missing orders other than calling the restaurant, who may not answer. No way of leaving bad reviews for restaurants. There is no recourse if they don't send the food to you.

Whenever we don't use Lancaster Eats the takeaways hand us leaflets for Lancaster Eats, so we thought to use them. As they are advertised as cheaper, they aren't. You also cannot leave a takeaway a negative review. Preordered through Lancaster Eats at 5pm for 8pm, takeaway was over an hour late, takeaway didn't even apologize and price was exactly same as just eat! I'll stick to other platforms that takeaways "prioritize".

We ordered three times using this app to support local takeaways. All three times, they delivered 50 minutes to 90 minutes late. We realized we couldn't leave a review or hold the business accountable. It's very clear Uber Eats and Justest orders are prioritized. At the end of the day, it's the takeaways' loss, I am now happily ordering on Justest!
