Dishonest and unreliable. They show you a higher exchange rate then when you are transferring, a different lower rate is shown. This happened for a transfer to Nigeria. Showed a rate of ₦1845 and wanted to send at ₦1842. Using Tap Tap Send going forward.

I tried to delete the account because I no longer use it. However, after I tried to submit a request, the UI for the customer service channel disappeared afterward. We repeatedly arranged schedules for contact, but I hadn't received any call from them at all. So I had to call them instead. However, the second time I initiated the phone call, it repeatedly said that all the representatives were busy, even after the representative indicated that "your call is first in line." Very nice.

I've used LemFi for a long time and appreciate the smooth service. However, I've noticed that the exchange rates offered by LemFi are often lower than those of competitors like Tap tap Send and Send wave. While the points system is a nice idea, the value of the points doesn't make up for the difference in exchange rates. In the end, the amount my recipients receive matters more than earning points. Unless the rates improve, I'll be using other apps that offer better value.
