I downloaded this app 1 week ago the first time when I sent money. Itt was a really good the second time when I sent money, but it was good but when I sent money 3rd time I got scam I sent money in app it shows that the money was successfully sent, and my friend got a notification that he get 100 pounds but when he went bank the bank services said we didn't get any money after all when I didn't get my money back than I start to check reviews the reviews was really baad I hate this app

False advertisement, they say they will transfer within 10 minutes but then hold your money for 3 days. Then when you ask to refund they say they can't as it is already in the process. Their only excuse is they have network downtime with their partners, and they are trying to sort it out with them as a priority... but it's all a lie, even the supervisors are unhelpful. I would recommend using tap send or remitly. Stay away from this app.
