Trying to get this app on my new tablet. It downloads but won't work. Keep getting authentication error when trying to log in. Can only log in on my old tablet, so I know it is NOT a username or password issue, This is ridiculous. If my old tablet stops working, and I can't log in on this app, I will have to close all my accounts and find another bank.

Since the April 2020 update the Android back button annoyingly does not function in the app - forcing the user to use the built-in menus of the app to Navigate. This also means the user cannot exit the app to the Android home screen once they have logged out by using the back button. The user must either switch to another app, or use the Home button to bring up the Home page. Why? This is the only app I use that does this, and it makes for a frustrating experience - EVERY TIME I use the app! 🤬🤬
