How does this app get worse after every update? I've used this app since my branch open over a year ago. This app gets progressively worse and worse as time goes. The new UI is a mess that offers the worst UX I've ever seen. It keeps randomly playing useless videos after random actions on the app. The connection issue is absolutely terrible. I've had to move my clothes to five machines out of six until it finally connects I've wasted so much of my detergent. Luckily the softener was salvageable.

The worst is the lack of options, for example to scan and end a machine early. App is extremely annoying with constant notifications that don't show up in notifications in the app but come multiple times a day and only in Thai language.

Awful app, extremely inconvenient, terrible customer service! Every time I top up I have to message customer service. Today I had to talk to them for 30 minutes, so I could do laundry! It is unfortunate that I need to use this awful app when it's raining since I need to dry my clothes. Using coins would be a lot easier and faster!
