Doesn't allow to log in. Has OTP issue and ODHA helpdesk unable to resolve this. Also, app taken plenty of time to load. Need a lot of improvements.

UNSAFE - They MISUSE phone numbers for marketing and Sharing purposes. UNSAFE because even if one informs the helpdesk they directly close issues without even talking about the issue. ODHA Belmondo Helpdesk - Nisha Sharma closed such Tickets. Low Sense of Service Responsibility seen in ODHA belmondo helpdesk.
