For months, I have tried to make a payment, but the app either says pay the whole balance OR doesn't accept the payment after entering information only options are "back" or "cancel". Convient there's no support built into the app. If you don't want my money I guess you won't get it.

I had a poor experience logging into my portal! You made it more difficult for me to log in! Now that I have to do this with a code to log in! I don't like it when this is more difficult for me to log in! I even tried to reset my password! I have tried to several times put the code in, and it does nothing but keep me locked out. So that's why I am rating this poor with this app!!!!!

No Possibility to Contact Billing. Century, now Common Spirit Health has billed me twice as out of network, after years of being a customer, and I am denied/ there is no option to talk to their billing department to clarify anything :/ We will have to find a new primary care physician who is not associated with Century/Common Spirit Health.
