Cannot even login. No information provided about what "contact ID" vs "customer ID" is. Help button does not work. No information on website only for qtrak app. University provides no information on login beyond the link to download this app.

Asks for both a client and customer ID — no idea what distinction it's trying to make there. There's also no "forgot ____" button, but there is a help button... oh wait no there isn't. If you click "need help," expecting an FAQ, you'll soon realize the button _does nothing_. Lovely. Can't get past the login page.
