I don't know what everyone else is talking about, I only saw the video once when I first install the program I have no problem with the program running launches every time it remembers me the only problem I have is the map does not work you cannot zoom in and some reason I cannot see my usage compared to my production I actually have to go into my PSE app to see my usage. It would be nice to have both charts one on top of the other like some people have but guess I would have to have a battery

Please don't get rid of this SolarCity app. The new Tesla app is terrible and doesn't provide all the data visualization that this SolarCity app provides.

App is a garbage web app. Has very long unskippable opening video which is a huge no no. billing section doesn't work, all is slow and poorly designed

The worse thing to ever happen to customers that got panels from Solar City was Tesla taking over. Bring back the old website, this app sucks.

Total Junk!!! I can't monitor my system, 1400 kw solar system. Solar city sold out to Tesla. The Tesla app doesn't work, and I am left to the wolves at SCE with no records to use on my behalf. Do I trust their reports? No. Can I dispute them? No! Why not? I cannot view or download the reports from my system because I cannot gain access through their gateway. Do they have support? Not as far as I can tell. Do they respond? Only telling me that they will respond. Follow up: Years later...(2019 to 2021) Still nothing. But if I miss a payment all hell breaks loose except support. Blame one, Blame all but be prepared to experience price gouging, misrepresentations, lies and deceit. Oh and the best part? They get my tax credit. So nice! NOT!!!
