The latest version of the app seems a bit clunky. It takes a while to make transactions, and it takes a while to find the features. The app's interface doesn't look like a banking app. But, It gives us all the facilities to use in our day-to-day life. It fulfills the basic needs. I'm always using this app every day. Overall, I can recommend this app to fulfill your basic needs.

Please hire skilled developers and improve your app. Most users rely on e-banking, yet features like recent transactions don’t work and the app crashes. Focus on essentials—balance, transaction history, payments, and transfers—not ads. We pay for these services, yet the experience is frustrating. Even the web portal blocks access if logged in via the app. Such issues make me consider closing my NDB account.

With the new update, we cannot pay my own credit card, it just keeps in a loading screen forever, even other bank card payment is not working. Some icons are untouchable. Is a child developing your banking app?

Cannot use the app whenever there's new update. I mean sometimes we don't have credit to update the damn app. All other apps even phones are allowed to use without latest version. Today I'm in a hurry for a transaction, this stupid app not allowing to get in.
