Jay patel from owlgetit Leicester in charge rang me after my last 1-star review, and he was very helpful and really concerned about customer satisfaction also he was very friendly. He made sure to me that it will not happen again with any customer as it was a misunderstanding from delivery driver, and he had therefore rectified the problem.

Really brilliant app with a great variety of local shops, restaurants and takeaways. Really easy to use the app, and it has a great delivery tracker. Don't use this app. In my first order they said restaurant is closed that is why I won't get delivery, but it was open (I personally ring them up). In second order they took my payment and then after 5 mintuz they call me back and said restaurant is closed so will give you refund... basically they are not professional.0 rating for only putting down my comment

App is a great idea, gives us alternative takeaway delivery options as deliveroo do not come to our address. However, payment system not great, the app would not process any credit or debit cards. Eventually used PayPal which seemed to work. Also, we submitted an order 20 minutes ago (with 30-min delivery time) that still shows as pending with the restaurant, not confirmed. So we have no idea if our food is on the way or not yet!
