Just need to add one bucket more that is Area change or Re shuttle which we will be sack close and send to central hub just like return sack process. Because we send reshuttle parcels manually. If any incident happens who will be responsible for it?

There is calling issue last 5 days, regularly contacted IT support still not solved this issue. I feel very upset about this. 😭😭😭. I request to you please find out the bugs and solved it as soon as possible.

It's very annoying now app daily crash 7-8 times, calling update is so disturbing when I finished a call it take me to the home page this app really misbehaving from 6-7 days

Can't talk to customers on call because when I call customers weird sounds comes from there like BTV channel when I was young
