Very bad service. Today I got message at 10 am, it will deliver today, but they didn't call me. Then I called at 12:30 Pm and asked why you didn't call me & when you deliver. The delivery man told within 4pm he will deliver but after 4pm no response from him. I called 3 times but he didn't receive. Now 6:38 Pm. No call still. Very, Very bad service.

I used to deliver 120+ parcels a week through Paper ply, but whenever I called support with a problem, the support was never received 40% of the time. Yesterday, while searching for a parcel, I was harassed and bribed by 2 call center agents named Zahid and Shariful Islam. I have boycotted Paper ply from today, I hope that no one else has such an insignificant experience. Hopefully paper ply will take action against such reprehensible acts by informing them of this review or boycott paper ply

The most disgusting service I have ever had in my life ... it seems their delivery man are landlord, and we are beggars .... They give me message that my product will be delivered the following day but that day they didn't give me my product, and even they didn't phone me .... I called him, and they said I will get my product the next morning, and he didn't call me... Don't we pay for your service??? Then why your service is so much worse? I'll suggest everyone to avoid this worst courier service...
