Booked a shared cab from HSR Layout to Bangalore Airport with Outreach. I had an early morning flight and was a bit nervous about delays, but the driver arrived right on time. Shared the ride with two other folks, one was a software engineer and the other a college student. Had a great chat on Bangaloreโs startup culture. Reached the airport in 1.5 hours and saved almost โน600 compared to booking a personal cab. Will definitely book again!

Outreach is my go-to app for any travels in and around Bangalore. It is super easy to book and provides affordable travel to the airport as well as all the prominent weekend gateway from Bangalore. I often use their shared cabs to travel to the airport and back. The fare is almost half of an airport taxi or personal cab making it an affordable choice. I also booked their out-of-station cab to visit Lepakshi and Adiyogi. The cab arrived on time and the driver was very professional.

The initiative is good. But for airport pick and drop, it needs to go along way. I booked a shared cab towards airport. Paid 100 as a part of booking process. But unfortunately, the cab they assigned was so close to my flight timing, that I had to cancel the booking. The support was prompt and they cancelled the booking. But no refund of 100. Then I tried to book again from airport to home. I had to wait for almost 50 mins to get the cab. Had I booked an uber, I would have been home by then?

I had booked a trip to Nandi hills which was cancelled end moment. I booked 10 hours prior with the advance payment done. The trip was showed as confirmed, cab assigned, and I got the otp as well. It was mentioned that "Your driver and cab info will be assigned around 30 minutes to 1h before your ride start. We're excited to ensure your journey is seamless!" But they cancelled it at 12 am when my ride was at 2 am. When I called them they said due to unavailability of co-passenger they cancelled.
