Go with ride if you love horrendously rude drivers and hot sweaty cars. I opted to pay by card and my driver took insult to this, then started ranting at me about how I'm "educated so why don't I always carry large wads of cash on my person to pay for things??" We're in the middle of a cost crisis do they think I'm made of money?? 🤬🤬 I feel like if I wasn't a young woman on my own there's no way I would have been pushed around like this. I'll walk next time. Never ever using ride again.

Called the number, was sent a link to download the app. Downloaded the app, filled in my details and booked a taxi for 40 mins ahead. Taxi came straight away, tried to call to explain it wasn't booked for another 40 mins. Taxi driver said was outside. Asked him to wait while I finished the drink, left early and helped my father who has mobility issues to get outside. Once outside (much earlier than booked causing disruption), driver had left us. Called Apollo taxis who were great. Shambolic!

Horrendous customer service when it comes to elderly vulnerable wheelchair users. I booked 2 days in advance, and then they cancelled my wheelchair taxi literally 20 minutes before it was due to arrive for my elderly disabled grandmother. They told me they tried to ring me (THEY DIDN'T, NOT EVEN ONCE). Disgusting customer service, and I would never use this company again.
