Samsung Galaxy 2 I have tried to load this app several time, turned my phone on and off but it will not work. I can download and install, but the minute I try one of the functions on the menu it flashes up on the screen and then instantly goes back to black screen awaiting what menu I want??? According to Google Store my phone is compatible, so whats going on?????

App does not work. Error message says server is not running. Tech support insists I have setup my DVR wrong and wants remote access to my PC. Even though its been working fine. Its the app that's broken.
