After subscribing to a number, you need to purchase a credit balance to receive faxes. There is an additional charge for receiving faxes. US and Canadian numbers receive 10 credits per page and 15 credits per page for other countries and regions. This app is a may be a scam. I paid for my subscription and my credits, but I never received my fax. I want my money back and until then I'm not going to be quite about this. Edit 4: I received a refund for the credits that I could not use, but I am still waiting on a refund for the subscription. I am being told that I cannot receive a refund for the subscription because a failed fax went through on the number. I would understand the circumstances better if I had received a fax successfully.

Takes money no faxes received. Edit: Huh, weird how you will respond to some but not others. Just pointing it out. I am hoping I get my money back, but with this customer service there are no guarantees.
