This is the most effective training app and programming I've ever used. Tactical athlete since 2006, SOLUTE since 2015. There is something for every level and interest here. Fitness, nutrition, recovery, and shooting. Being truthful, this app is like a 4.8-star rating. It's had some past bugs like being unable to view workouts for other teams if you're part of a team. Issues with the weight/time/rep boxes not making sense for a workout. Guess what, SOLUTE fixes problems when you tell them!

The programming has been excellent, and I have zero complaints there... This app recently refused to recognize my login despite no issues with the desktop site login. The app needs work to support great programming.

I've been a user of soflete for 3-4 years now and similar with other reviews, the programs are pretty incredible, the app is becoming worse. Recently getting kicked out of the app in the middle of workouts, can't log back in, account can't be found i.g. Please make this app more stable.

The workouts are decent, but the app is trash. If I could get a daily email with a workout or download a PDF, I would gladly pay. I'm uninstalling the app though.

Workouts are good. App constantly freezes or crashes. Have had free apps work better. For the price the app underwhelms
