Very thoughtful programming, and NUMEROUS programs to choose from. The app is user-friendly as well! Stick a program out to completion, you will be very satisfied
★★★★★Zach Green· May 27, 2021
This is the most effective training app and programming I've ever used. Tactical athlete since 2006, SOLUTE since 2015. There is something for every level and interest here. Fitness, nutrition, recovery, and shooting. Being truthful, this app is like a 4.8-star rating. It's had some past bugs like being unable to view workouts for other teams if you're part of a team. Issues with the weight/time/rep boxes not making sense for a workout. Guess what, SOLUTE fixes problems when you tell them!
★★☆☆☆Charles Lister· Sep 16, 2021
Alright so I left a review earlier and now on top of the app just crashing when you start the workouts for some programs, you can't even view the video for the exercise anymore. It's like the app is trying to load something off YouTube, gets confused and then loads the video made by Soflete. The programs are great but this app is incredibly buggy.
★★☆☆☆Gray Fox· Feb 23, 2022
SOLUTE is a great company ran by even greater people. The programming for the workouts is amazing, and I've been a long time member. That being said, the app has some serious issues. I'm not going to beat a dead horse by quoting other comments. Hire a competent app developer.or scrap the app altogether and move your content to something web page based like Patreon or a Word doc. The app is a great concept but is being executed poorly.

This is the single worst app I have ever used. I already left one bad review, but somehow my opinion has dropped even lower. I have been using this app for probably 3 weeks now, having a myriad of issues. App freezes, crashes, doesn't let you advance to the next section of your workout, videos won't play, app deletes all your numbers and times. But TODAY!!! The app crashed 17 times in a 1-hour workout! 17! This app is unusable. Soflete needs to fix this immediately.
