I wouldn't use this app to buy single tickets regularly as it's not very user friendly. However, it's great for buying season tickets and uploading them onto your Key Card. I don't know why so many people are complaing about this, it works perfectly well on my Huawei P20 Pro.

I did buy my weekly travelcard online tru the app and then load it to my key card, few times gave me an error but i read an review with a good advice to position corectly the card behind phone and keep it there longer and worked just fine. Very happy with app and key card, no more hustle at train station.😀

It won't let me add a ticket to SEs "key" contactless card. I have had to buy 3 tickets then get refunds before giving up and collecting tickets from station...which I couldn't though the app says use any of your credit cards to confirm you actually have to use the one you paid with - I have 1 for online pays, I don't carry with me. So I used ticket machine!! Sum It doesn't work with their contactless "key". Don't believe instruction on the app. Also, it doesn't give cheapest journey outside SE
