★★☆☆☆ I got on a virtual call through laptop. It said there were 0 people in front of me and visits are usually initiated within 10 minutes. I proceeded to wait an hour, called the help #. She said she would send a message to the doctor and that if I don't connect with a doctor in another hour I should go in to see a doctor. Well an hour later, no visit yet, I called back and she said sorry, nothing else she could do. Wasted time, suffered with my illness longer than needed. Do not recommend. 0 stars.
