I've used to drive, but can't due to illness. But I've always used buses to get to and from work. I rarely get a moody driver. They are on time more or less. Although some do need to slow down a bit. Some of the newer drivers are lovely and chatty. The app is so easy to use, even for me.

I bought a day rider ticket, but you can't use it on all the buses, so it was a total waste of money! You can only use the digital QR code on the app on certain services, not all. You can't use it for stagecoach services (bus no.7, for example, even though it's within the urban area). Completely ridiculous. It doesn't warn you about this before you buy it. Apparently if you buy a PAPER day rider ticket, it's fine. So much for technology making things easier, it's just a rip-off.

Very unreliable, timetable on the app will say a bus is going a certain direction, you get on, and it goes the complete opposite direction. Update: they have now updated the app to make it, so you are only allowed to access your ticket if you are connected to your home internet. It blocks you from opening them if you are using data. Why on earth would they do this??? People are 100x more likely to try to get their ticket up at the bus stop or on their way to the bus stop. Unusable app.

They are not reliable and are always late don't follow the timetable provided at the stops and also the online updates are incorrect
