1- Download the Takeaway.com Courier App from your App store. iOS or Android 2- Sign up with your email 3- Accept the Invite from your Restaurant Manager 4- Claim one or multiple orders and start delivering
As a Guest
1- Scan the QR Code on the Order receipt 2- Get the order details on the app and complete delivery 3- Sign up with your email and send an interest to the restaurant if you’d like to deliver for them 4- Ask the Restaurant Manager to accept your invite so you can start working

You need to develope option for crossing the navigation app, because I rather use waze than Google Maps

It's not so convenient when you press start delivery, and then you want to add another one it's not let you add another one until you complete the first this is really not good. Sometimes I take one to start delivery, and then they give me another one, I cannot add it until I finish the first one

Need more improvement .....shows delivery before delivering food to customers.......sometimes automatically login out without any reason....app is good but need more improvement, they should provide options section necessary like room, building etc

App needs improvements. Even when an order is delivered, it keeps asking if it is delivered or not. It'll keep sending notifications for no reason that a delivery is started or is completed. There are several such minor bugs. When improved, I'll update to 5 stars.

This app does not work on SAMSUNG android ... at least not on my S21 ... all permissions neded granted and its stil doesn't work . Tried reinstaling ... tried delet chasc ... ewery time when i tri to scan a q-r code its ses sorry something went wrong, and since the latest update whe the ticket is printed on the ettichet the haus number is not printed and also the client nomber is not printed on the order bill so without the app you don't hawe the haus number and so on.

I would like to give 5 stars. But I will never do that till I know how much I get online tips from this app. You must make an encounter of online tips and couriers must see that! It is 1 year and 2 months I work in the same restaurant. But I still didn't have even 1 dollar online tip. Moreover, some of the customers are warning me that they paid my tips online. You can make a counter which shows to courier how many tips he got currently. So he can note and want it. Pleasseeeeeee. Enough!
