The TaxSaver Plan HSA App provides information to those enrolled in a HSA managed by TaxSaver Plan. Members may access their HSA Account balance, make individual deposits into their HSA and manage overall account details via the App.

The app doesn't work. Can't log in using the same credentials as I try to use online. Online login comes up with a "500 Server Error" message. This company is TERRIBLE and INCOMPETENT. I would give it negative stars if I could!!!!

This is the worst app and FSA company I've ever worked with. Half the time, you can't log in from a web browser. If you are fortunate enough not to get a 500 error and make it to your dashboard, the site is so clunky and takes time to muddle through to find what you need. The app? Yeah, best of luck to anyone trying to use their login credentials.

The app doesn't work, and the desktop site isn't much better. Once you're signed it, everything is blank and will not load. I'm just trying to see my balances and I need to go on a computer to do so, the app just does not work. Also, communication from the company is very spotty. Especially on claims, they primarily communicate via the app but if it's not working, rarely does the end user receive their message in a timely manner. All in all, not great.
