Opening a selected app shows a brief pause screen.

• “Stop now” is available immediately
• “Continue” unlocks after your chosen wait time
• Stopping takes you back to the Home screen
• Set a different wait time for each app

⏰ Check in again when a session runs long

If you continue, TimeAgain checks in again after your chosen interval. Only screen-on, foreground use is counted. Customize it for each app or turn it off.

🔒 App Lock for a firmer boundary

When a pause is not enough, lock selected apps for a set period. The lock cannot be canceled before it ends. If something urgent comes up, you can open one app for five minutes, once per lock.

Use it for study, work, or bedtime. Settings Lock requires a PIN to change settings or stop TimeAgain, making it useful for families too. Reports remain available.

Phone-Free Mode covers your screen for 15 minutes to two days—ideal for bedtime, study, work, or family time.

• Start now or schedule by day and time, including overnight
• Put an amount on the line for motivation; finish and you will not be charged
• Take up to three emergency breaks of two minutes each
• Allow calls from favorite contacts
• Allow a second call from the same number within 15 minutes
• Keep alarms and active media playing
