Comments on TMC PUNJAB SAARTHI for Android

I want to highlight that it takes time for reports getting published on app. For e.g. if u have an ultrasound in morning your doctor has access to report immediately after report is being generated, but it will be shown on the app in late evening. Pls check.

1. Report not downloadable because of path access exception while downloading report. 2. Report uploaded from TMC are not reflected to the patient as soon as it is uploaded. It takes a day or two in some reports. 3. Payment Gateway don't work for Smart Card utility.

Fix app issue it's not working most of the time what tcs is doing unable to see reports scans etc. Even can't log in always fail to log in. Also create Ios app for this.

★☆☆☆☆ M.K. MALHOTRA · Mar 22, 2025

App is not working. I have downloaded it after registration at TMC, but as and when I tried to open, it directs me to change the password, but it never accepts the password. The issue was brought to the notice at the reception counter, but the official also shown his inability with network issue. Needs immediate improvement.
