It's really good at tracking the buses it has on it, but it would be good if it showed all the local more buses aswell rather than only the ones that go to the uni because sometimes if you miss a bus you can catch a local one then catch one that goes to the uni if you're a bit further a field. Just think that would be useful especially for students not local to the area

Twice now it has logged me out just as I'm about to board a bus and left me scrambling to try and remember my password. Meant I had to pay for one of them otherwise I would have missed my bus! Not acceptable!!

Got the app for uni and have the annual pass however my QR code is weirdly smaller than everyone else's, and it never scans making every bus trip annoyingly awkward trying to convince the driver I've definitely paid...

Had bought my annual ticket and was using it fine for a few months Went to use it the other day, and it said "ticket unavailable", and the only way to use my ticket again was to leave feedback. Dreadful system

No 'live' buses, just a planner. And stupid top-left menu makes one-handed operation very difficult.
