Hi Want please add shortcut/tap to run routine feature for Robot Vacuum

So far this app function for me is ok. But I hope they can improve on saving more than 5 maps in the future. Because especially for multi-floor room user, I need to do mapping again and again due to just only save 5 maps. And one more I hope can add 5G Internet instead of only 2G Internet.

The app has terrible connection issues. 9.8 out of 10 times it will show device offline or automatically reconnecting. The sweep and mop icon is switched and had feedback to developer with zero response. Robot cleans well but not without flaw, happened at least 8 times in 1.5mths where it enters no-go-zones and virtual walls, decided to skip cleaning certain areas when it's not in a good mood. Recently, it just decided to switch the location of my docking station and map went haywire.

The apps, voice package is not working. Cannot select other languages as it will indicate "download failed" then you cannot choose back English since it also say "download failed" now my vacuum robot not voice at all. Become like bumblebee...don't have voice.

The vacuum robot itself is fine, but the application is a big time let down. It didn't map my house properly and skipped a certain area, when I do zone cleaning for that area it says restricted area. Then, when you give feedback to them in app, the developer DGAF.
