Easy to use. Withdrawing one star because Widely drivers are not paid Luxembourg wages so the service fees go to Widely and not the individual driver.

It's ok. But it looks like it doesn't automatically update on the status of the order. One has to get to the menu to reload and get status updates.

New update is impossible to search for a specific restaurant and does not recognize payconiq. Going to use competitor app from today.

Order P5QFXU: Food stolen. Delivery guy refused to give the food unless he got paid €5. Offensive and rude on the phone. Then he made a false announcement pretending to have left the food. In reality, he stole the order. I'm in shock.

The app is crashing when you are about to complete a payment via payconiq, making it practically useless as the user ultimately needs to go through the website to complete the payment. On top of that, charging an extra "service" fee just to use the app feels a bit exaggerated!

Not rating the app itself but widely itself here. If something goes wrong there is no way to contact widely to know when your order will be delivered. (we waited more than 2 hours and impossible to know where was the delivery guy) we are now ordering with guilty
