I joined the app a while ago, with the understanding that after a year of my purchases, I would get cashback 11 months later. The rules changed. This is no longer the case. It's turned into shares looking like I will never get the cashback I accumulated. I don't understand why those who joined in the time frame can't withdraw. And those who joined late fell into the knew rule. Worst app uve ever joined.

Scam!!! I've got so much in my account, and it said I needed to wait 12 months to withdraw it. Now It's saying they have stopped it, and we can't withdraw anything!!

I wouldn't bother with them. This is a great way to scam people in thinking that you would be able to have a decent cashback. It got sold by a lot of influencers that it was the best thing since sliced bread. They promise that you would be able to cash your shares after a year, and then it just gets pushed back and back. Eventually they will delete your account, and you will lose all your shares.

Signed up when we shop first started as was told we could withdraw our shares, have over £1000 in shares now suddenly my account no longer exists so can't even access my shares
