Xplor is a very user-friendly app that makes bus travel easier and faster. However, it doesnβt yet respond to my location in Kanjikuzhi, Kottayam. Please expand coverage to all routes soon β itβll help many students. Adding a student ID (ST function) and fixing the change issue will make travel smoother and reduce conflicts with conductors. Thanks for creating this app β itβs a great step toward better transportation! Definitely recommending it to my friends!

As the admin of a well-known page, FTM Creation, I initially considered creating a promotional video to help this app gain more users and downloads, a benefit entirely for the developers. However, I immediately dropped the idea after seeing the registration process. Requiring BOTH an email address AND a personal phone number is a major privacy red flag and entirely unacceptable. Even major apps doesn't mandatory ask you to log in with both Mail and number. For an app like this phone number is not even required. I just uninstalled the app without using it due to this. Remove phone number to use the app. User should have the option to try it without signing in, and unlock more options after signing in.
