REVIEW UPDATE After sharing my concerns about the app, ADB responded with suggested solutions. I followed the instructions by reinstalling the app, and the problem was resolved. As a result, I updated my rating from two to four stars. OLD ISSUE I was unable to transfer money from my ADB account to my mobile money wallet. I kept receiving the message "PROCESS FAILED; WE CANNOT LOAD YOUR DEBIT ACCOUNT, PLEASE CHECK YOUR INTERNET."

The app is good and very user-friendly. However, it now allows users to enable both fingerprint sign-in and phone password sign-in simultaneously. While this seems like a useful feature, it could pose a security risk. Many people share their phone passwords with friends or family, so combining it with the fingerprint sign-in option for banking apps is not ideal. Please consider revising this feature to enhance security.

Very bad app and very, very poor services under qualified and inexperienced staffs who still operate in the 19th century wake up ADB it's an AI era and stop operating like you are in the 19th century.
