Iv had the airwick diffuser for almost a month now well iv been trying a week to Log in to my app for almost a week now and can't get into it it keeps saying time out connection and no internet connection well my internet is working fine. It's not going to do me any good if I can't Log in. Please get this app fix.

I to have the same problem, but once you turn it off and wait a minute. Open the app and turn on the diffuser and make sure your Bluetooth is on, just log back in... It worked for me, and I was having the same problem.

This app is constantly messing up saying "connection timed out" and I can't use my diffuser.

There is a real issue with logging. Multiple people are having the same issue. Unable to log in with an error message that says "connection timed out. Check your internet connection and try again." I can assure my internet is fine as I am using it to give this review. I really hope app is getting worked on, though as issue after issue pop up, first with schedules. Then the refill reminders now this with the login, at this point we just need a whole new app.
