Auto-pay function has 0 IQ and will make an auto payment even if you don't owe anything. Switched payment at the beginning of lease, and I have been working on getting the extra rent payment back all month, until autopay made a payment on a $0 balance. App is kinda pointless now

Terrible app. Never reflects any kind of account credit you might have and
charges a fee even if you use direct deposit. In addition, it says when you
submit a service request someone will contact you. I've never been
contacted and most repairs have not been done until I went to the leasing
office.

Literally won't let me log in anymore. Just keeps going to an error screen. Fix your damn app, especially for the ridiculous "platform fees" you charge. I will be contacting the BBB if this is not resolved. The fact I can't pay my rent reliably is a breach of my lease.
