Auto-pay function has 0 IQ and will make an auto payment even if you don't owe anything. Switched payment at the beginning of lease, and I have been working on getting the extra rent payment back all month, until autopay made a payment on a $0 balance. App is kinda pointless now

Literally won't let me log in anymore. Just keeps going to an error screen. Fix your damn app, especially for the ridiculous "platform fees" you charge. I will be contacting the BBB if this is not resolved. The fact I can't pay my rent reliably is a breach of my lease.

This app is constantly broken and does not work properly. The "Yes" and "No" options auto click Yes, even when Now is clearly highlighted, forcing you to pay in all at once. Auto-pay seems to fail on me every month and makes me pay manually. Auto-pay has been set up several different times, and it still does not work. May as well just go down to the building main office to pay if they are even available during the times you are. ...
